The Chain Cuff Bracelet is a heavy curb chain that wraps twice around the wrist as a rigid cuff, finished with a small cross charm set with square cut rubies hanging at one end. It is made in 14k gold plated brass. It is also made in silver, and with the cross left off or swapped for an emerald set clover charm.
The cross stands for faith and protection. The rubies set across it are associated with vitality and devotion.
J Dauphin was founded in 2006 by Swedish French designer Johanna Dauphin, who trained at Fendi and Tod's in Italy before working across Paris, New York, and Los Angeles. Her collections are carried by luxury department stores worldwide, with custom pieces made for musicians and royalty including Keith Richards, Def Leppard, Brandi Carlile, and Uma Thurman. Each piece is made entirely by hand in the old artisanal methods, drawing on Victorian iconography and ancient symbols, and treats jewelry as a modern talisman and contemporary relic for protection, healing, and alignment.
