J DAUPHIN designs and produces its jewelry and fashion pieces in Europe. As a brand established within the European Union, J DAUPHIN acts as both the manufacturer and the responsible person within the meaning of the GPSR.

Product Safety

Our products are designed, manufactured and inspected to meet applicable EU safety standards. Each piece is checked for quality and safety before it leaves our atelier. Where relevant, products are accompanied by care instructions and any warnings or safety information required for their safe use.

Our jewelry complies with EU restrictions on the use of certain substances, including limits on nickel release for items intended for prolonged skin contact, in line with Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.

Materials & Care

Detailed information on the materials used in each piece is provided on the relevant product page. To keep your piece in the best condition, please follow the care guidance supplied with your order. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, please review the product materials before purchase and contact us if you have any questions.

Reporting a Safety Issue

If you believe a product you purchased from us presents a safety risk, please stop using it and contact us immediately at info@jdauphin.com. We take all safety concerns seriously and will investigate and, where necessary, take corrective action in cooperation with the relevant market surveillance authorities.

Consumer Rights
