Acceptance of order
Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming your purchase request. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, or any other reason at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not payment has been processed. If your payment has already been charged and your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued. You will receive an email notifying you of any cancellation

Prices for our products are listed in USD and does not include applicable VAT or Custom duties for your specific country.

We have made every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but monitor settings may affect color appearance. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to restrict quantities of any products or services offered. Stock availability

Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns unless approved in writing at the time of purchase. If you want to request an exceptional return, please contact us at info@jdauphin.com, and we will confirm if it is possible to make a special arrangement. If a return is exceptionally approved, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
Custom and made-to-order items
Under any circumstances, all made-to-order, bespoke, or personalized pieces—or any items crafted to custom specifications—are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes special sizes, custom gems, or unique materials that are not part of our regular inventory.
WARRANTY & DEFECT POLICY
All purchases are governed by standard US commercial law, including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) implied warranty of merchantability. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or fundamentally non-conforming, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or store credit following prompt physical inspection and written seller authorization.
Deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any manufacturing defects or transit damages must be reported in writing within seven (7) business days of confirmed delivery. Any repair, replacement, or resolution for a verified defect remains at the sole discretion of the seller.
