Return policy
- In order for us to be able to process the return you will need to send us an email within 7 days of receipt. If you have not sent an email before shipping we will not be able to receive the return.
- All returns have to be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery.
- All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- When shipping, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
- Returns must be sent back using fedex or ups at your own charge. You need to send us a tracking nr and receive our approval before shipping.
- We will refund your return within 10 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee, customs or duties will not be refunded.
- We don’t accept returns or claims bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
