The Tourmaline Heart Cuff is handcrafted in 14k gold plated brass. The band is a smooth polished bar punctuated by sculptural, geometric gold studs around the perimeter, centered by a single heart cut pink tourmaline bezel set into the main central stud. It is an open cuff that can be gently adjusted to fit.
Tourmaline is historically revered as a stone of deep heart opening, emotional healing, and protection. The heart cut accentuates the energy of unconditional love and compassion, serving as an anchor for inner peace and balance.
J Dauphin was founded in 2006 by the Swedish French designer Johanna Dauphin. She built her foundation as a designer at Fendi and Tod's in Italy, then worked across Paris, New York, and Los Angeles, and her collections have been carried by luxury department stores worldwide. She has made custom pieces for musicians and royalty such as Keith Richards, Def Leppard, Brandi Carlile, Uma Thurman and more. Every piece is made entirely by hand using old school artisanal methods. The work draws on Victorian iconography and ancient symbols and treats jewelry as a modern talisman, contemporary relic, spiritual protection and alignment and healing.
