The Cross Bangle is handcrafted in 14k gold plated brass and finished with hand painted black enamel. The rigid closed band carries a raised cross at the front set with natural tanzanites, with the inscription For we walk by Faith not by Sight worked in relief lettering around the band. It is a closed bangle that slides over the hand onto the wrist.

The tanzanite is a stone found in a single region of Tanzania, associated with insight, transformation, and the lifting of perception. Set into the cross the tanzanites carry these meanings of clarity and inner sight.
J Dauphin was founded in 2006 by the Swedish French designer Johanna Dauphin. She built her foundation as a designer at Fendi and Tod's in Italy, then worked across Paris, New York, and Los Angeles, and her collections have been carried by luxury department stores worldwide. She has made custom pieces for Keith Richards, Def Leppard, Brandi Carlile, Courtney Cox, and Uma Thurman. Every piece is made entirely by hand using old school artisanal methods. The work draws on Victorian iconography and ancient symbols and treats jewelry as spiritual armour, modern talisman, and contemporary relic, made for protection, healing, and spiritual alignment.
