The Truth Signet Ring is handcrafted in gold plated brass and finished with hand painted black enamel. The wide band carries a raised face inscribed with the word TRUTH, the letters worked in relief against a textured ground with enamel along the borders.
The word truth has long stood for the architecture of existence, divine stability, and alignment with a deeper order. In Kabbalah and Judaism truth, Emet, carries metaphysical weight as the signature and seal of the Creator. It is composed of the first, middle, and final letters of the Hebrew alphabet, which marks truth as all encompassing, spanning the beginning, the middle, and the end of all reality.
J Dauphin was founded in 2006 by the Swedish French designer Johanna Dauphin. She built her foundation as a designer at Fendi and Tod's in Italy, then worked across Paris, New York, and Los Angeles, and her collections have been carried by luxury department stores worldwide. She has made custom pieces for Keith Richards, Def Leppard, Brandi Carlile, Courtney Cox, and Uma Thurman. Every piece is made entirely by hand using old school artisanal methods.
